Power To Sail

Useful Charter Information

We have prepared the following useful information about your Charter, so that you know what to expect.

Charter Preference Form
In order for us to be able to prepare an exceptional charter for you, we will ask you to complete a Preference Form. This form will have questions regarding your itinerary plans, food and drink preferences for yourself and your guests, and any other relevant information such as special needs, and dietary or medical requirements. This is vital for the crew to be able to provision and prepare the yacht according to your desires.

Itinerary
We will work with you and the captain of your selected yacht in order to find the best itinerary for your charter. (click on destinations first page)

Captains Responsibility
The captain of your charter yacht will always try to comply with the charterer’s wishes, but his primary responsibility is the safety of the yacht, the crew and the guests. He will discuss all possibilities with you; however, for questions relating to the safety of the yacht and those onboard, the captain’s decision is final.

Crew
All yachts chartered by Power To Sail are fully crewed with professional and experienced personnel.

Holiday Insurance
If required, holiday insurance should be organized by the charterer independently

Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance
This is available to protect your investment if unforeseen circumstances prevent or cut short your charter. Ask your charter agent about this insurance and other forms of insurance that might be prudent.

Transport
Transport to and from the yacht, by taxi limousine, helicopter, etc can be organized upon request.

Restaurants, Beaches, Spas, Hotels
If required during the charter can always be organized upon request.

Jet Ski Hire
if not available on the yacht, the hire of jet skis can be organized with the many hire companies along the coast.

Power to sail will always be available 24/7 throughout your charter to make sure that your cruise runs smoothly and to your complete satisfaction.
