A Yacht Crew Recruitment Agency with an individual approach, using experienced Crew Recruitment Consultants to find the best Yacht Crew. You can rest assured that all our candidates are interviewed and reference checked before we send them to meet you. We will, in all cases possible, send one of our staff to meet with the rest of your crew to better gauge who will fit in well to the existing team. This is a bespoke service and designed to find the right candidates; however demanding the post.

For yachts requiring temporary staff or crew for one or two days per week; we can supply you with top experienced candidates, including Captains, Engineers, Chefs, Deck Hands and Stewardess’.

Looking for work

We work directly with owners, Captains and Yacht Management companies in order to bring you the opportunities for you to work. We do not want work-shy individuals looking for a ‘lifestyle’ job; we want dedicated hard-working professional applicants who want to develop their careers.
