Power To Sail are excited to announce a new partnership with the developers of a Marina in Northern Italy ‘Il Porto di Imperia’. We can now offer our clients the opportunity to purchase and rent berths of varying sizes in this impressive development.  

The marina, which is due for completion by June 2010, is a collaborative venture between the Municipality of Imperia, The Imperia Society & Acquamare.   The development will create 1400 new berths (from 15 to 90 metres), shops and businesses, a hotel, secured parking, social facilities, beaches and luxury real estate (prices ranging from €400,000 to €1.2 million). All these facilities are within easy access of the beautiful cosmopolitan town of Imperia on the Italian Riviera.   The same collaboration is also involved in a neighbouring marina development ‘San Lorenzo al Mare’. There is a possibility of renting a berth in this marina, but due to the popularity of the area all the berths have been sold.
